1. Registration and Payment
  • Deposit: A $1000 or $1500 or $2500 non-refundable deposit is due to hold your seat for makeup classes. For Makeup lessons including 1 hour, 2 hour, and 1day workshops the deposit of 50% is collected and non-refundable.
  • Full Balance: You must pay your full tuition 7 days before the first class.
  • Late Fees: We charge a $150 late fee if payments are late.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, or PayPal.
2. Attendance and Lateness
  • Class Start: Class starts exactly at 9:30 AM. Unless the class date time has changed then you must comply to that exact start time. You will be notified.
  • Lateness: If you are over 15 minutes late, we may count it as an absence. Class will be cancelled and will not be made up for you without a new payment.
  • Makeup Hours: You must make up missed hours to get your graduation certificate. A new payment of $1000 will be collected for each day that’s missed if you want to make up your class or you can wait to be put in the next available class and pay a $200 fee. Understand we can’t guarantee WHEN that will be. Classes are frequently full.
  • Last minute cancellation or no show: Cancellation less than 48 hours or no show no matter what the circumstance, you will be charged the full deposit paid. We hold your time and turn away clients. Please be considerate of our time and business practice.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Cancellation Window and refunds: There are no refunds after the deposit is made. If you want to cancel the class entirely and your balance has not been paid yet, then only deposit is charged. If your balance has been paid, there are no refunds and can take your class on future dates. Our school turns away students to hold your place. If you cancel or don’t show we lose out by refunding students. Please be considerate and abide of our business, time, and policies.
  • School Cancellations: If the school cancels a class, we will offer a full refund or a new class date.
4. Supplies
  • Provided Items: Your tuition includes a pro makeup manuel and gift bag and uniform
  • Personal Items: You must bring your own lunch and camera (iphone ok)
  • Replacements: You are responsible for replacing your own lost or broken items
5. Code of Conduct
  • Respect: We require respect for all instructors and students.
  • Phones: Put all phones on silent. Step outside to take calls.
  • Termination: The school can dismiss any student who does not follow these rules without a refund.
6. Photography and Media
  • School Rights: The school has the right to take photos and videos of your work during class.
  • Usage: We may use these photos on social media and our website.
  • Absolutley no video or audio recording whatsoever of our course. If you are caught doing so, you will be asked to leave and not be excepted back.
  • Photos are allowed and encouraged of instuctors work and your work.
7. Liability
  • Allergies: Tell your instructor about any skin allergies before touching products.
  • Injuries: The school is not responsible for any personal injuries
